Shantulya's Journey: Turning Challenges into Triumphs
Shantulya Saini, an IIM Ahmedabad alumnus with BTech and MTech degrees in Electronics and Communication, has always been a top performer in academics. A consistent ranker in school and college, Shantulya’s journey is a testament to perseverance and passion.
Coming from a middle-class family, Shantulya faced challenges, including the 2008 global recession and the downfall of his employer, Satyam. These experiences tested his resilience and shaped his perspective on life and career. Reflecting on those times, Shantulya says, “Facing challenges early on taught me the value of persistence and adaptability.”
After three years as a software engineer, Shantulya realized his true passion lay beyond the corporate world. Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact, he left his IT career to pursue teaching. He began as a faculty member at Career Point Kota, training students for the competitive IIT-JEE exams, which laid the foundation for his transition into education.
He later joined TIME Jaipur, where he served as a Senior Faculty for over 13 years. During this time, he mentored more than 10,000 students across disciplines like CAT, GMAT, Bank PO, and MCA entrance exams. His passion for teaching and ability to connect with students earned him immense respect and admiration.
